One of Canada's most ambitious clean energy projects required a robust change management process to track, evaluate, and govern the high volume of scope changes inherent in a first-of-kind hydrogen facility build.
Approach
Served as the Change Management Lead, establishing the end-to-end change management process from the ground up. Led regular change meetings with owners and contractors. Developed trend reporting to surface emerging cost and schedule impacts early, enabling proactive mitigation before changes escalated to formal claims.
