Lucidity Project Management Inc. was founded in 2022, with a clear mission: to bring independent, expert project controls consulting to Canada's most complex capital projects in the energy, pipeline, and mining sectors.
After extensive experience working on landmark projects across Canada— from billion-dollar pipeline expansions to major mine sites — our founder recognized a consistent gap in the market: projects lacked clarity and the rigorous, independent controls infrastructure needed to protect margins and deliver on commitments.
Lucidity was built to fill that gap. We work with both owners and contractors, bringing the same analytical discipline and practical field knowledge to every engagement. Our name reflects our core commitment: bringing clarity to complexity.
Every number matters. We apply rigorous analytical discipline to ensure cost data is accurate, consistent, and decision-ready.
We believe in clear, honest reporting that gives clients the full picture — not just the comfortable one.
We work as an extension of your team, building genuine relationships and aligning our success with yours.
Our work is measured by outcomes — savings delivered, risks mitigated, and projects completed under target.

"Fantastic person who made great personal and professional relationships with our team. His work was excellent."
— Paul Kelly, VP Pipelines, SMJV
